NV Calvet Cremant de Bordeaux Brut Rosé
Bordeaux, France
This wine shows a beautiful salmon color in the glass. Elegant nose of raspberries and cassis. Very fine and persistent pinpoint bubbles that tease the mouth and lovely finish of crisp, round  flavors. Almost entirely Cabernet Franc with a little addition of Merlot, this is a soft and fruit-forward wine. With its strawberry fruit, light acidity and smooth texture, the wine is pleasing and ready to drink.
Regular Price $19.99 per bottle, $239.88 per case
Sale Price $16.99 per bottle, $203.88 per case

2016 Chateau Haut Colombier, Cotes de Blaye
Bordeaux, France
Produced from 90% Merlot and 10% Malbec, this wine is made by two young brothers. It is ripe and structured, still young of course, but with delicious ripely fruity potential. Black-currant and berry flavors are lifted by acidity and held firmly by the structure.

2015 Chateau Coutet, Saint Emilion Grand Cru

"From organic grapes on the Saint-Émilion plain, this is a rich wine, full of ripe black fruits. An attractive streak of acidity keeps the wine fresh and taut. Drink this well-structured wine from 2022."

Long on the palate with backbone, reflecting good acidic balance. Excellent ageing potential. Serve chilled as an aperitif, and with foie gras, white cheeses, and savory desserts.
