2015 Kalaris Chardonnay
Napa Valley, California
“The fruit for this chardonnay is sourced from Red Hen Vineyard in the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley. Golden straw color. Aromas of white chocolate dipped apricot, honey, smoked pineapple, chrysanthemum, and jasmine tea with satiny, vibrant, fruity medium body and a seamless, interesting, medium-length juicy pear confection, sweet spice cake, roasted coffee beans, and hazelnut finish with well-integrated tannins and moderate oak flavor. A charming chardonnay packed with elegant flavors; very appealing.”
