He then went back to the Bekaa Valley and his efforts placed his family’s wines amongst the most recognized and awarded in Lebanon. Decanter Magazine called him the “Dusty Winemaker”: dust, Faouzi says “encourages the natural yeasts that give our wines their distinctive character.” We are excited to present these incredible wines so please join us!

Join us as we welcome special guest Anne-Charlotte Mélia Bachas, Winemaker of Château de la Font du Loup! Elegance is not the current incarnation of mainstream Châteauneuf-du-Pape however, there are those who have bet it all on elegance and finesse, like Anne-Charlotte has. Font du Loup (Fountain of the Wolf) is located on the north side of the famous plateau, La Crau. On this side, the vineyards are almost purely sand with the cooler north face which define these incredible wines. The future of Font du Loup looks bright, given Anne-Charlotte's desire to exploit her ancient vines and practice a more natural way of winemaking. Don't miss these special wines perfect for your Thanksgiving feast & beyond!

It’s time for German wine to shine, given its excellent aromas, drinkability, and masterful sophistication of grape varieties. The German wine regions are some of the most northerly in the world with the wines all being produced around rivers, mainly the Rhine and its tributaries, often sheltered by mountains. The rivers have significant microclimate effects to moderate the temperature and while the soil is slate in the steep valleys,on the rolling hills the soil is lime and clay dominated. Patrick is fascinated by these remarkable wines and looks forward to sharing them with you!
Ooh La La to Burgundy and Beaujolais! Located north of Lyon in eastern France, Beaujolais meets Burgundy in the north and the Rhône in the south. The picturesque Beaujolais vineyards run along the Saône River, where winemakers have crafted deliciously supple and fruit wines since the days of Ancient Rome. Burgundy, located just to the north of Beaujolais, produces amazing Pinot Noirs from some of the most legendary producers and vineyards in the world. We are offering two special wines from small producers in these regions that we tried recently and just had to add them to our selections. Enjoy these hand-picked selections that are sure to impress!

In the spring of 1936, at the age of 27, Thompson Willett founded Willett Distillery. The distillery was erected near the family farm and the first batch of Bourbon was stored in one of the family’s rickhouses. The rickhouses were built on some of the highest ground in the county, assuring that a fresh breeze would aid in the maturation of the Whiskey. To this day, descendants of Thompson Willet are still carrying on the family tradition of making fine Kentucky Bourbon and Kentucky Rye Whiskey at the same spot that Thompson and his family operated over 80 years ago. The Distillery sits on the outskirts of lovely Bardstown, Kentucky. Bardstown literally owns the name “Bourbon Capital of the World,” and in 2012 the USA Today and Rand McNally proclaimed Bardstown “The Most Beautiful Small Town in America.”
We are excited to bring the following Willett Distillery Kentucky Bourbons to you:

Known for his innovation and winemaking expertise, Michael Shaps has established himself at the forefront of the modern Virginia wine industry. Producing wines under the Michael Shaps label and for several prestigious wineries throughout the state--one winning the Governor's Cup in 2017--his accolades and national recognition are beyond compare.
Unlike his peers, he also owns and manages a successful winery in Burgundy, France, where he studied and trained to be a winemaker in the early '90s. These wines, under the Maison Shaps label, are produced and bottled at Michael's winery in Meursault, and imported to the United States.
