Welcome Anne-Charlotte Mélia Bachas, Winemaker of Château de la Font du Loup in Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Plus, Oustanding Values From Italy!!!

Saturday, November 9, 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Join us as we welcome special guest Anne-Charlotte Mélia Bachas, Winemaker of Château de la Font du Loup! Elegance is not the current incarnation of mainstream Châteauneuf-du-Pape however, there are those who have bet it all on elegance and finesse, like Anne-Charlotte has. Font du Loup (Fountain of the Wolf) is located on the north side of the famous plateau, La Crau. On this side, the vineyards are almost purely sand with the cooler north face which define these incredible wines. The future of Font du Loup looks bright, given Anne-Charlotte's desire to exploit her ancient vines  and practice a more natural way of winemaking. Don't miss these special wines perfect for your Thanksgiving feast & beyond!

Spotlight on German & French Wines!

Saturday, November 16, 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

It’s time for German wine to shine, given its excellent aromas, drinkability, and masterful sophistication of grape varieties. The German wine regions are some of the most northerly in the world with the wines all being produced around rivers, mainly the Rhine and its tributaries, often sheltered by mountains. The rivers have significant microclimate effects to moderate the temperature and while the soil is slate in the steep valleys,on the rolling hills the soil is lime and clay dominated. Patrick is fascinated by these remarkable wines and looks forward to sharing them with you!

Ooh La La to Burgundy and Beaujolais! Located north of Lyon in eastern France, Beaujolais meets Burgundy in the north and the Rhône in the south. The picturesque Beaujolais vineyards run along the Saône River, where winemakers have crafted deliciously supple and fruit wines since the days of Ancient Rome. Burgundy, located just to the north of Beaujolais, produces amazing Pinot Noirs from some of the most legendary producers and vineyards in the world. We are offering two special wines from small producers in these regions that we tried recently and just had to add them to our selections. Enjoy these hand-picked selections that are sure to impress!

Kentucky Bourbon Tasting Featuring Willett Distillery! THIS EVENT HAS SOLD OUT! Contact us to be placed on a waiting list in case of early cancellations.

Friday, November 22, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

In the spring of 1936, at the age of 27, Thompson Willett founded Willett Distillery. The distillery was erected near the family farm and the first batch of Bourbon was stored in one of the family’s rickhouses. The rickhouses were built on some of the highest ground in the county, assuring that a fresh breeze would aid in the maturation of the Whiskey. To this day, descendants of Thompson Willet are still carrying on the family tradition of making fine Kentucky Bourbon and Kentucky Rye Whiskey at the same spot that Thompson and his family operated over 80 years ago. The Distillery sits on the outskirts of lovely Bardstown, Kentucky. Bardstown literally owns the name “Bourbon Capital of the World,” and in 2012 the USA Today and Rand McNally proclaimed Bardstown “The Most Beautiful Small Town in America.”
