The olive trees for this Extra Virgin Olive Oil are organically raised and expertly pruned every two years. The olives are hand picked and cold pressed the same day. Allowed to decant naturally the olive oil is bottled without filtering. The volcanic soils of the area confer sweetness and finesse to the olive oil and a lovely bouquet. The result is an outstanding Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Uccelliera Olio Extra Vergine Di Oliva
The olives are harvested by hand and immediately cold pressed to maintain the aroma and fruity taste. The oil is made from a traditional blend of Correggiolo, Moraiolo, Leccino and Olivastra olives which combine to create an oil which is soft on the palate with a touch of spice and tons of fruit flavor.
Perfect when drizzled raw over all types of grilled or poached fish.
