Patrick’s Pick:

2016 Château de Marjolet Cuvée Excellence Laudun
Côtes-du-Rhône, France
My sélection du mois would be the 2016 Château de Marjolet "Cuvee Excellence" Laudun Côtes-du-Rhône Villages. This remarkable and affordable Southern Rhone masterpiece is energetic yet elegant, balanced with richness that I considered to be fruity and very fresh. This is sure to be a wine that will not disappoint.

Ellen’s Pick:

2014 Arterberry Maresh Pinot Noir “Weber Vineyard”
Dundee Hills, Willamette Valley, Oregon
A special treat for Oregon Pinot Noir fans and I’m a big one! Arterberry Maresh “Weber Vineyard” is a beautiful and hard-to-get Pinot Noir…. all about complex aromatics and a lush, supple texture that’s so satisfying and exactly what I crave. Produced from the oldest Pinot Noir vines in the country, this non-irrigated vineyard is farmed organically high in the Dundee Hills of Willamette Valley. Classy, composed and cool, this is world-class Pinot Noir!

Dawn's Pick:

2015 Vignoble Musset-Roullier ‘Noctambule’ Crémant de Loire
Loire Valley, France
I love bubbles so I always have a bottle on hand! Right now, I'm head over heels with the "Noctambule" Cremant. One sip and you'll know why this is our "Sparkling Wine of the Year!" Beautiful soft mousse like bubbles, fresh pears, barely toasted bread, a dusting of minerals and it costs a loss less than Champagne. Delicious and a great value...that's my kind of wine!
Regular Price $29.99 per bottle, 359.88 per case
Sale Price $19.99 per bottle, $239.88 per case

Larry’s Pick:

2016 Mas Doix “Les Crestes”
Priorat, Spain
The struggle is real….good! Priorat wines of Spain are grown on steeply terraced hillsides with long roots and just natural rainfall. Gobs of black and red fruits, deep minerality, 8 months neutral French oak (to retain freshness). Beautiful!
“The 2016 Les Crestes checks in as 80% Garnacha and 10% each of Cariñena and Syrah, brought up in neutral French oak. Outstanding notes of black cherries, blackberries, graphite, lead pencil shavings, violets and beautiful minerality all emerge from the glass and this beauty is ripe, plump, rounded, and incredibly textured on the palate, with sweet tannin. It's a beautifully pure, sexy little fruit bomb to drink over the coming 4-5 years." 92 Points, Jeb Dunnuck

Alex’s Pick:

2016 "Zinsane" Zinfandel
Lodi, California
Don't let this wine's blurry label fool you; the Zinsane Zinfandel from Lodi, California has an insane amount of focused, fruity flavor! Lodi is my favorite region for wine in the world and the Zinsane does not dissapoint, providing tell-tale amounts of spice, smoke, and cola on the nose and palate with a dry finish that keeps you coming back for more. Drink now!
Regular Price $16.99 per bottle, 203.88 per case

Drew’s Wine Pick:

2013 Arnaldo Rivera “Undicicomuni”
Piedmont, Italy
With the holidays approaching, let’s all come together for this wine! Undicicomuni means eleven communities for the eleven vineyards in the Barolo region that came together to produce this spectacular wine. Balanced, beginning with sweet fruits and a firm savory finish, this is a wonderful pick to share for the holidays!
